Dr. Edwin C. Selby

Dr. Selby, of Sussex, NJ, is VIEW's senior author. He serves as an Associate and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Creative Learning in Sarasota, FL, and as an Adjunct Professor with Fordham University's Graduate School of Education. Ed served for many years as a public school music and drama teacher, and as a Board of Education member and officer. He has also written a number of articles and books on creativity, individual style, and instruction for creative learning and Creative Problem Solving. He has collaborated as a trainer and evaluator for several statewide and national projects on creativity and talent development.

Dr. Donald J. Treffinger

Dr. Donald J. Treffinger, President of the Center for Creative Learning, Inc., in Sarasota, Florida, is an internationally known researcher, writer, teacher, and presenter in the area of creativity and Creative Problem Solving, as well as in the area of gifted and talented education. He has authored or co-authored more than 60 books and monographs, including Creative Problem Solving: An Introduction and Creative Approaches to Problem Solving, and more than 300 articles. Dr. Treffinger has served as a member of the faculty of many colleges and universities, including Purdue University, the University of Kansas, and Buffalo State College. He has been the recipient of the National Association for Gifted Children's Distinguished Service Award and the E. Paul Torrance Creativity Award. In 2005, Dr. Treffinger received the Risorgimento Award from Destination ImagiNation, Inc., and the International Creativity Award from the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children. Dr. Treffinger has served as a reviewer for many professional journals and as editor of the Gifted Child Quarterly. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of Parenting for High Potential, NAGC's quarterly magazine for parents.

Dr. Scott G. Isaksen

Dr. Isaksen, of Orchard Park, NY, is currently President of the Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc., in the Buffalo, NY area, and Senior Fellow of its Creativity Research Unit. Scott has published more than 150 articles, chapters, and books on cognitive styles, the climate for creativity and innovation, and Creative Problem Solving. A former public school and university level educator, Scott is now widely acclaimed for his work as a consultant and trainer for many corporations and organizations worldwide, and has advised many agencies on leadership, team building, innovation, and managing change.
