Don TreffingerDr. Don Treffinger
Don is the author or co-author of more than 350 books, chapters, and journal articles. Don taught at Purdue University, the University of Kansas, and Buffalo State College. He is a former editor of the Gifted Child Quarterly and Parenting for High Potential. He received the National Association for Gifted Children's Distinguished Service Award (1984) and E. Paul Torrance Creativity Award (1995), the Risorgimento Award from Destination ImagiNation, Inc. (2005), and the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children's International Creativity Award (2005). Don is internationally known as a consultant, presenter, and trainer, having worked with clients throughout the U. S., Canada, and in several other countries outside North America. Ed SelbyDr. Ed Selby
Ed is the principal author of VIEW, lives on Kemah Lake in Hampton Township, New Jersey. He is an Associate and member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Creative Learning, a Research Fellow with the Creativity Research Unit, and an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College and Fordham University's Graduate School of Education, both in New York City. Ed lectures, offers seminars and workshops, and writes on creativity, individual style, and talent development. A retired music and drama teacher, Ed has extensive experience in public education. He served as a member and President of the Board of Education at the Sussex County Technical School, and for fifteen years as President of the Board of Directors of the Sussex County Teen Arts Festival. Scott IsaksenDr. Scott Isaksen
Scott is currently President of the Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc., Senior Fellow of its Creativity Research Unit, and a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Management at the Norwegian School of Management in Bergen. Scott has published more than 180 articles, chapters and books on cognitive styles, the climate for creativity and innovation, and Creative Problem Solving. Scott is now widely acclaimed for his work as a consultant and trainer for many global organizations and has advised many agencies on leadership, building high-performing teams, innovation, and managing change. Luc is the managing director of CPSB-Brussels, where he works with a number of European organizations (including several in Belgium, The Netherlands, and France). CPSB-Brussels offers services in three languages: English, French, and Dutch. Ed SelbyK. Brian Dorval
Brian is the President and founding partner of Think First Serve, Inc., a research, training, and consulting company specializing in using creative thinking, imagery and problem-solving methods to enhance performance. Brian has over 20 years experience helping individuals, teams and organizations significantly improve both personal and business results. He has delivered more than 450 creative problem solving, management coaching and leadership development programs for companies in 20 countries. He has published more than 50 articles, chapters, and books on topics related to creative thinking, mental imagery and performance improvement. Brian is a USPTA-certified tennis professional who specializes in the mental game. Scott IsaksenPaul Gebhardtsbauer
Paul is a staff member of the Continuous Process Improvement Directorate at Headquarters, US Army Materiel Command (AMC), in Fort Belvoir, VA.  This organization is the first in the Department of Defense to employ Creative Problem Solving as an adjunct to Lean Six Sigma, Value Engineering, and Reduction in Total Ownership Costing improvement methodologies in managing improvement throughout the US Army’s Industrial Enterprise.  Paul has over 28 years experience in ammunition logistics (supply, maintenance, & transportation), automation design and development, and asset management throughout the Pacific, Asia, Europe, and the United States.   He has spent the past 4 years working with senior leaders, staff, employees, and contractors to develop a community oriented towards creative change management in this 68,000 member organization.  Email address:  paul.gebhardtsbauer@us.army.mil.

SusanBeth is currently a consultant with Potential Impact, LLC. SusanBeth has been a life-long educator in her professional and volunteer time, and has served as a classroom teacher, school librarian, and as the international Training Coordinator for Destination Imagination, Inc. She has co-authored several books supporting the work of Drs. Treffinger, Isaksen, and Selby in field of creativity and has written a variety of curriculum resources for implementing CPS tools, building teamwork, and empowering style preference.
